Property Owners Association and Water Association fees are due September 15.

 

This payment covers the period from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year.

 

A late fee of $25 will be assessed if payment is not received by September 15. Please make separate checks to each Association.

Dues for developed lots:

POA: $450. Make check to Fairway Ridge Property Owners Association

Water Association: $450. Make check to Fairway Ridge Water Association

 

Dues for undeveloped lots:

POA: $225. Make check to Fairway Ridge Property Owners Association
